Our bakery specializes in providing gluten-friendly baked goods, made with certified gluten-free ingredients. We bake out of a community league commercial kitchen that is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to use to prevent contamination with allergens. This kitchen is occasionally rented out to events but no gluten containing products are stored in this kitchen. While we do use their oven and prep tables, all other equipment are our own and have never been in contact with gluten. Although we are not part of the gluten-free certification program, we take every precaution to prevent contamination and to provide our customers with high-quality products.
